Over the last few days I have been given an insight into the alternatives we have offered to us instead of gasoline (petrol) for our cars, which have become such a fixed part of our lives.

I'll be honest. I thought with Ethanol, agri-industry had come across the "Holy Grail": That is, a fuel source we can grow as and where its needed, as and when its needed, and one we can burn without messing about with the environment.

From where I was sitting, creating ethanol from Bio-Mass, be that corn, hemp or one of a dozen other seed crops, was the way forward. And then Bobby Fontaine happened into my life with his tales of woe, regarding how ethanol production was causing such destructive weather patterns in the US and further afield, that people were seriously starting to think this new "wonder-fuel" simply wasn't worth the trouble.

What was it that was causing such dangerous weather patterns? You'll need to read Bobby's words of wisdom to find out.

But from a personal perspective, Bobby's theories turned my comfortable 'I know all the options available' world on its head, and with this I decided to find out a little more about the man.

Bobby Fontaine picks up the story..

I had a pretty good business taking off about the time I got poisoned by MTBE. I’d been getting sick from it for a few years before that but I had no idea it was the cause.

But that last time, when I drank a lot of it in polluted well water, it pushed me over the edge where being exposed to any amount of it made me severely ill. And where I live being congested all the time with heavy traffic, it ruined my life.

Then on top of that, I found out that since the oil industry had so much power in Washington, they’d never done testing on how it effects humans so not only was there no therapy to address my health problems, I couldn’t get compensated through the courts for it either. So my life was pretty much over.

I had to wear a charcoal filter respirator everywhere I went, even in my house on bad days. I could go on and on. It was a horror story. And the
only thing I had left was a yard full of perennial flowers I had been growing to expand my business to include landscaping in shopping centers. But even that was threatened by the severe drought we were having.

Watering my gardens took me outside next to the highway breathing in MTBE exhaust fumes.

So I had to follow weather patterns very closely so I didn’t water needlessly and get sicker than I had to. After a while I got so good at knowing when there would be rain that I started to look deeper into how I was figuring it out.

Then it dawned on me that I was using my health to know when we would get rain which lead me to think that perhaps MTBE had something to do with causing the drought.

So I started researching whether it was possible or not and found a lot of science that claimed the effects of the kinds of pollutants MTBE is made from and emits when burned as fuel interacting in the atmosphere with water vapor would cause weather patterns to be affected.

And in the amounts that were being emitted with all of the gasoline in the US containing 15% MTBE, the effect would have to be extreme.

The more I followed weather patterns from that perspective, the more I became convinced I was right. So one day I called in a favor from a friend who got a reporter from the Washington Times newspaper to talk to me at length about it.

She said without a court record to refer to, she couldn’t tell my whole story because the paper could get sued. But she said she would look into it around Washington to see if she could find a source to report from.

She agreed that what I was saying fit together in a way that deserved to be addressed because of how important it would be if it were true. 

A couple of days later, Clinton, Gore, and the heads of the EPA and Department Agriculture came out, on a Sunday.

And you gotta understand, this was in 1999, over six years after MTBE use started while most Americans didn’t even know what it was and no one in Washington wanted them to even hear those four letters linked together because it had been so widely supported in the Clean Air Act of 1990 but was polluting groundwater nationwide.

So really everyone inside the Capitol Beltway just wanted MTBE to go away, to disappear without anyone knowing it was ever used.

But a trillion dollar loan had been taken out to build refineries to produce enough of it to fulfill the Clean Air Act of 1990 requirements. So MTBE wasn’t going anywhere without making a whole lot of noise.

Then out of nowhere after my talking to the reporter, the president and his entourage of heavy hitters come out saying that it had to go immediately.

Then everything about MTBE got quiet again while I started feeling physically better.

A couple weeks later I was outside mowing the grass without getting sick and the drought started to end.  That’s when the war between me and them began. They would put it back in gasoline, I would get sick, weather patterns would get all screwed up again.

Then I would start to email my story all over the country and around the world until they got scared and took it back out.

This went back and fourth from 1999 until 2006 when they replaced MTBE with ethanol causing me a whole new set of illnesses while effecting weather patterns differently but still much the same way, dramatically, dangerously, and needlessly. 

So here I am trying to push ethanol over the edge into the defective product trash pit I helped force MTBE into, this time hopefully exposing the whole truth to the world so this can finally come to an end.

That is a little bit of insight into what drives me to do what I do and the source of information for my articles, which is my personal life. And you reading my works may perhaps lead to exposing perhaps the biggest
lie ever told in the history of the human race. And I know how that sounds, how grandiose a statement that is. 

But I know it is the biggest lie out there today.

Today, the world is bigger than it has ever been so of course whatever the biggest lie in history is, it is likely happening now. Tomorrow there may be a bigger lie that is the biggest lie of all time but I believe that today, this is it.

And what I have related in my other articles is only the tip of the iceberg of what these people have put me through. I tried to tell them in the beginning that I was the wrong person to mess with, that I was born for this
kind of troubleshooting, that although I lived on the streets where it would appear I was an ingrate, I let my life come to that because I liked it, I liked adversity and the challenge of not having any security blanket between me and God.

Of course they didn’t believe me thinking I would be an easy mark to wipe off the face of their conspiracy, which is what I wanted them to think. I wanted to be here one day where I had buried them in their corrupt past so I could point back to when I told them that I was the one guy on this planet they should not pick a fight with. It was a bluff but somehow by the grace of God, I am still here to hopefully living up to the vow I made to myself and the Angels that walk with me through this life to stick this out until I won.

With your continued help, we might just flesh the truth out of this mess hopefully forcing a new direction for future energy polices that make sense because what I’ve found in my research is that there are a lot of great
solutions to all of mankind’s problems if we can just get the morons running the world right now out of the way of the future of freedom.

Fortunately in a democracy protected by a constitution like we have here in the United States, all that is needed is for the truth to come out where the right directions will follow a natural course.
