Jackson Family Lawyer Suggests Prescription Drugs to Blame for Jackos Demise
http://pr.cannazine.co.uk : While the whole world waits for more information regarding the death of music legend Michael Jackson a lawyer who worked with the Jackson family has passed comments regarding what he called the "overmedication" of the Peter Pan of Pop.

Jackson was widely reported to be addicted to painkillers from pain he developed after he was burned while making a Pepsi commercial in 1984.

Brian Oxman was the Jackson family’s attorney for 20-years.

Although he disassociated himself from the defence team in 2005 during Jackson’s molestation case.

Mr Oxman said that he had warned the singer’s family members even then, about Michaels drug usage.
Like Heath Ledger before him, OxyContin was alleged to have been Michael Jackson's pain-killer 'of choice'. So now we wait for the scramble as the pharma industry attempts to distance itself, from another high profile death which is directly attribute-able to prescription drugs. The abuse of which has reached epidemic proportions around the globe and with roll models with a high profile such as that formerly enjoyed by Michael Jackson is there really any wonder why this continues to be the case? Not even Obama has the pull Michael Jackson had at the apex of his pomp. RIP!

“I have warned of the use of prescription medication and people who have enabled the use of those medications,” CBS News quoted Oxman as saying.

“I do not know how much how much he has taken, I don’t know what his current situation is in the last couple of weeks. Over the last several years I have said to family members that he is overmedicated,” he added.
